Our clinic is at Severn Fields Health Village, an NHS primary care centre and also home to private healthcare practices like ourselves. There is a large car park next to the building and inside there is full disability access throughout.

Directions to Severn Fields health village, Shrewsbury

From Shrewsbury town centre: By car, we are about 12 minutes (2.7 miles) from the centre of town. Take Swan Hill, St Chad's Terrace and Claremont Bank to Bridge St / A5191. Follow the A458 and the A5191 to Sundorne Rd (B5062). When you are on Sundorne Road, Severn Fields Health Village is on the right-hand side after the turning to Montgomery Way.

From Whitchurch: From the Sedgeford / B5395 road, continue on the A41 then at Prees Heath, take the 2nd exit onto A49. Continue on the A49 until the Sundorne Rd / B5062 roundabout. Here take the 3rd exit. Go through two round abouts. At the third, Severn Fields Health Village is on your left.

From Market Drayton: Take the Shrewsbury Road to the A53. Follow the A53 to Sundorne Rd / B5062. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Sundorne Rd / B5062. Go through two round abouts. At the third, Severn Fields Health Village is on your left.

From Telford: Take the M54 West and continue onto the A5. At Preston Island take the second exit onto the A49. At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Sundorne Rd / B5062. Go through two roundabouts. At the third, Severn Fields Health Village is on your left.

From Church Stretton: Join the A49 to Sundorne Rd / B5062. At Bayston Hill Roundabout, take the 4th exit onto A5. At Emstrey Island, take the 3rd exit and stay on the A5. At the next roundabout, take the first left and join the A49. At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Sundorne Rd / B5062. Cross over two further roundabouts, continue for 0.6m and Severn Fields Health Village is on your left.

From Welshpool: Head west towards Church St / the A4583, South. Continue onto the A458. Take the A5 and continue until you reach the A49 roundabout. Turn off onto the A49. At the next roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Sundorne Rd/B5062 and at the following roundabout, take the 1st exit into Severn Fields Health Village.

From Oswestry: Follow A5 to Sundorne Rd / B5062. At Emstrey Island, take the 3rd exit and stay on the A5. At the next roundabout, take the first left and join the A49. At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Sundorne Rd / B5062. Cross over two further roundabouts, continue for 0.6m and Severn Fields Health Village is on your left.
